The first Kancolle girl that makes us put our full attention to Kantai Collection, Shimakaze, will be my contribution for today’s Picture of The Day post. It’s been quite a while since Shimakaze was highlighted in this blog and hopefully, I could get a decent picture of her to make a decent skin out of it.
