Loving this artwork to death. Besides the clean white navy admiral uniform, Hibiki is wielding a sword and she has a cute fluffy neko ears to add her cuteness. I say this Kantai Collection (Kancolle) girl needs to be in the Picture of The Day post or it is a sin for me not doing so.
