We haven’t had this Chinese Vocaloid as a skin before. Introducing Luo Tianyi, a Vocaloid diva with a very Chinese name and Chinese dress, really looks so good in this Google Chrome theme. I hope those of Luo Tianyi’s fans agree with me here.
